The location of the hotel was perfect for a shopping and dining spree. There were numerous restaurants and bars in the vicinity. the rooms were spacious and modern with a well-equipped kitchenette. the proximity to the shopping center was a great advantage.

The hotel could use a technological upgrade. There were very few charging ports and TVs had limited channels.

It was easy to get to sandton city and sandton convention centre was also not far from this place. Sincerely, it was an excellent stay. 12 miles from Rand airport. Location, easy walk to all attractions

I loved the convenient location of the hotel, right on the shopping mall with easy access to all the shops, restaurants, and even the towers. The hotel facilities were immaculate and well-maintained, including a stunning pool on the balcony with breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious with high-quality products and a great variety of options.

This hotel is a luxurious place that provides exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was amazing with a great selection of massages like full body, foot massage, back massage and even head massage. the outdoor pool was perfect, with comfortable sun loungers and a shallow end for children. the room was completely equipped with private facilities, while the restaurant with outdoor dining area and the bar/ lounge area were a delight.

The service was not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel, as the staff took too long to locate my reservation and the iron and hairdryer took more than 90 minutes to arrive in my room. the breakfast was not served at the hotel premises, but in a sister hotel through the mall.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel located in a prime location, with direct access to the shopping mall, all restaurants & shops. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. the bathroom was neat, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, with high-quality products, and the view was breathtaking.

The entrance was not as impressive as we anticipated.

Great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and bars. The grand suites are nice with comfortable beds and powerful showers. It was also nice to have access to a plunge pool.

The TV channels on the two bedroom suites need upgrading and, in general, the DSTV connection is poor. the jacuzzi was not cleaned properly before we used it, with sand and champagne tops left by the previous guest.

Great location, shopping centre nearby. Fine restaurants and bars. Flash grand suites with plunge pool. Comfortable beds, powerful showers. Proximity to mall, easy access. Tastefully furnished, comfortable apartments. Direct access to shops, restaurants. Friendly staff at reception.
